Fresh linens are laid out and ready for use. Outlets are located right next to the bed.

A modern workspace with an electrically height-adjustable desk is also available.

Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of the apartment — custom-built, with plenty of counter space and everything you need for cooking.

A dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and refrigerator are provided. A full set of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are fully stocked.

In the morning, a Nespresso machine and a tea kettle are ready to use; capsules and a variety of teas are included.

Bathroom

Rain shower, sink, separate toilet, and hair dryer.

There are plenty of towels provided.

Toiletries — soap, shampoo, and shower gel — are provided so you don’t have to go shopping right after you arrive.

Balcony

The balcony faces south and gets sun starting in the late morning. Garden furniture is provided.

Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or sipping a glass of wine in the evening, you’ll quickly realize why this spot is so special.

Practical things

Having your own washing machine in the apartment is essential — especially for longer stays.

An iron and a clothes rack are also provided.

The desk is perfect for focused work, and the Wi-Fi is fast and available throughout the apartment. Netflix and an underground parking space are also included with the apartment and are free of charge.
